Every device, which is sold to end customer needs to be certified. The vendor needs to take care about this.

The CDML needs to be created by the controller vendor itself. An example CDML and comprehensive documentation is included in the Test Bundle.

No, this is not planned. The Automated RT Tester will stay on Windows. All time critical tests run on the ETS, which is based on Linux.
