Certification questions for ASIC PROFIBUS DP

Kindly ask for ASIC ASPC2 STEP E2 lead-free - PROFIBUS DP (6ES7195-0AA05-0XA0). Does this ASIC have certificate for ISO14064 and ISO14067?

#Noted: Already checked the information on SIOS. But did not have information for it.
