Is a separate certification required for the Profidrive profile in the device (in addition to the Profinet certification) ?​

Yes, a separate certification is required for the PROFIdrive profile. The PROFINET certification is a precondition for doing the PROFIdrive certification test. For the best preparation it is strongly recommended to use the Profile Tester tool, which is also used by the Testlabs itself.
