What is required to support the validation of third-party GSDX files by an engineering tool? Is a library available? Is an online connection required to verify the integrity of the GSDX files?

A library is not available, but could be published in the future. No online connection is required to validate the integrity of the GSDX. The XAdES standard ensures that all information for the validation process is available in the GSDX container.
