Netload Normal Test Log File

When I did Netload Normal test item 1 (Crap-Multicast frames 64 byte) test, can't generate the log file folder in the directory "/root/Netload/out/", file folder path see attached.
I am not sure whether this is some configuration issue or computer permissions reason.
Please help to give some suggestion.

This problem occurs mainly for the following two reasons.
1. The wrong Ubuntu version is being used. Version
V18.4.3 LTS must be used without any further updates.
2.
"blank" shall not be used in the testling_Id.txt.
Example: "Device Type" is not allowed, "Device_Type" is allowed.
