PROFIsafe Parameterization in Run (PiR) Feature

Could you please provide guidance on if the following feature --- PROFIsafe Parameterization in Run (PiR) --- is a mandatory feature for a device certification according to the PROFIsafe V2.6 MU1 / PROFIsafe V2.6 MU2?

No, PiR is not a mandatory, but an optional feature. All new features described in "Maintenance Update" versions of a specification (or, as in the case of PiR, a separate amendment to a Maintenance Update) are optional.
