ETS Board

I´m working on implementing Profinet in our Drive. Before I go to a certification lab, I would like to test the Implementation at my desk. I heard that there is an ETS Board relevant. Where could I get this ETS Board? Could someone send me a Link?

The ETS is using as HW the AM65x industrial development kit (IDK) from Texas Instruments.
