How to estimate DAT and HAT?
These values are dependent on your implementation details. You will investigate worst-case times of "how long these things take".
There was also the question whether these values are parameterizable. The answer to this is "no"; you have to specify stable upper bounds (for the time-wise worst case scenarios of your implementation).
