The creation of GSDXs is established for GSDMLs, but not for GSDs?

The title of the webinar leads me to believe that the process for creating GSDXs is established for GSDMLs, but not for GSDs. Is this assumption correct?

GSDML is the instantiation of GSD. (ML stands for XML files). In this respect, the GSD is of course also affected by the GSDX.
