What is the purpose of the subforum "PROFIprocess"? To which profile is it related?
The subforum "PROFIprocess" is thought to handle all topics around the "Profile for Process Control Devices". This is an application profile, describing transmitters, valves, binary devices and others used in process control. The current version is 4.02MU1 is downloadable from the PI International website (https://www.profibus.com/download). Contrary to what the URL suggests, the profile is not only valid for PROFIBUS devices, but as well for PROFINET devices.
